Who issues GDP numbers and how often? Who issues unemployment rates and how often?

each country GDP is normally measured by a national government statistical agency, as private sector organisations normally do not have access to the information required (especially information on expenditure and production by governments).

Australia: Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS).

Austria: Statistik Austria.

Canada: Statistics Canada (StatCan).

Russia: Federal State Statistics Service

United States: Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA).

EGYpt: Ministry of finance

GDP can measure spending on all goods and services. GDP can also measure all income earned.

That happens every year,,

unemployment statistics are derived from three sources. These sources include the Current Population Survey, a statewide survey of businesses known as the Current Employment Statistics Survey, and state unemployment insurance claims.FThe U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) provides some definitions (not the same in each country)..and i think that every 3 monthes..
