As I pointed out in response to a previous question you posted, the unemployment rate is a lie intentionally rigged to come in under 5%, which was the unemployent target preC-linton and pre-Bush the First.

The unemployment rate, if measured the same it was pre-Bush the First, would be right around 10%.
