collect for 6 months - these people are counted as the

unemployed. When unemployment stops after the 6 months,

these people are no longer counted as anything.

Whenever money is spent it helps the consumer(being you, me, your neighbor....etc). Compared to socialism where a majority of the money ends up in the Governments hands. Or communism where all of the money ends up in the Governments hands(China is a whole %26#039;nother question). If you really sit down and think about it we should be doing even better than we are. Where as most countries have one or two large metropolitan areas. We have over 30 with multiple corporate headquarters in each. Plus the federal govt employs millions of civilians. And what most people don%26#039;t understand is that since everything in America cost money, no matter what happens somebody is making money off of it. During a war, defense contractors. During a natural disaster home depot, and construction companies. During a recession or depression, collection agencies and repo men. It%26#039;s the capitalists way.
